Le Domaine de l'Astragale is a confidential address and a true haven of peace in Saint-Tropez, located just 200m from the sea. Part of the Alp’Azur group, it offers an oasis of elegance and discretion in the heart of the Saint-Tropez Gulf.
Responsibilities
- Set up the kitchen and prepare culinary production for your station (cold and hot)
- Ensure respect for deadlines and service rhythms
- Clean and organize equipment, workspaces, and premises
- Supervise and train the team under your command (demi-chef de partie, commis, interns)
- Collaborate with the Chef and Sous-Chef to ensure culinary satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Ability to quickly master preparation techniques for menu items
- Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
- Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
