About the Company

Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with a gastronomic restaurant and exceptional mountain views.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation and production of culinary items for your station (hot and cold)
  • Ensure the smooth running of service by respecting deadlines and pacing
  • Supervise and train junior staff, including demi-chefs de partie, commis, and interns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, workspaces, and premises
  • Implement kitchen setup and mise en place

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Proficiency in culinary preparation techniques
  • Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
  • Strong organizational skills and autonomy
  • Team player with good communication skills
