About the role

About the Company

Le Bravo is an upcoming Italian-style brasserie in the heart of Strasbourg. With 300 seats and a focus on traditional cuisine revisited for sharing, we aim to bring the Dolce Vita spirit and joy to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions from the Chef and establishment manager
  • Handle mise en place and dish preparation
  • Master main culinary production techniques
  • Verify preparations and dishes (taste, quality, presentation) of cooks, commis, and apprentices
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and goods storage
  • Check the quality and compliance of delivered products
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen
  • Support and train new kitchen staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience
  • Ability to apply and enforce culinary basics
  • Adaptability to varying order rhythms
  • Team spirit and creativity
  • Versatility and active listening skills
