About the Company
Le Bravo is an upcoming Italian-style brasserie in the heart of Strasbourg. With 300 seats and a focus on traditional cuisine revisited for sharing, we aim to bring the Dolce Vita spirit and joy to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from the Chef and establishment manager
- Handle mise en place and dish preparation
- Master main culinary production techniques
- Verify preparations and dishes (taste, quality, presentation) of cooks, commis, and apprentices
- Manage orders, deliveries, and goods storage
- Check the quality and compliance of delivered products
- Clean and maintain the kitchen
- Support and train new kitchen staff
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Ability to apply and enforce culinary basics
- Adaptability to varying order rhythms
- Team spirit and creativity
- Versatility and active listening skills
