Responsibilities

  • Set up the kitchen for service
  • Manage the preparation and production of culinary items for your station (cold and hot) according to hierarchy instructions
  • Ensure respect for deadlines and pacing required for smooth service
  • Clean and organize equipment, workspaces, and premises
  • Supervise and mentor team members including demi-chefs de partie, commis, and interns

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Ability to quickly learn preparation techniques for menu items
  • Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
