Responsibilities
- Set up the kitchen for service
- Manage the preparation and production of culinary items for your station (cold and hot) according to hierarchy instructions
- Ensure respect for deadlines and pacing required for smooth service
- Clean and organize equipment, workspaces, and premises
- Supervise and mentor team members including demi-chefs de partie, commis, and interns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Ability to quickly learn preparation techniques for menu items
- Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
- Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
