About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all prepared dishes strictly adhere to established technical sheets
- Autonomously manage station operations, including mise en place, preparation, and plating
- Coordinate station activities to meet the establishment's technical and aesthetic standards
- Assist in evaluating supply needs and managing stocks and orders
- Maintain strict compliance with HACCP and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of significant experience in bistronomic dining
- Ability to manage station operations autonomously and rationally
- Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- High level of commitment and desire to involve yourself within a team

- Salary of 2,275 euros gross per month
