Chef de Partie – Grill

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled dishes to perfection, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
• Manage the grill station, including temperature control, equipment readiness, and mise en place
• Monitor cooking times and quality to ensure premium standards are met at all times
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards within the grill section
• Support junior staff with guidance, training, and quality control during service

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Grill Chef, Chef de Partie, or Demi CDP in luxury hotels or fine-dining environments
• Strong technical skills in grilling techniques, meat handling, marination, and temperature control
• Excellent English communication skills; Russian language skills are preferred
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
• Pre-opening experience is considered an advantage
