About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate a designated kitchen section to an exceptional standard
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with Michelin-level culinary standards and the SOURCE ethos
  • Support senior chefs with menu development and daily kitchen operations
  • Train, guide, and support junior team members within the brigade
  • Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation
  • Collaborate with the wider restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining environments
  • Ability to run a section with confidence, organization, and composure
  • Strong technical culinary skills and ability to execute precise dishes
  • Leadership skills with a commitment to guiding junior staff
  • Impeccable standards regarding cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene compliance
  • A genuine passion for local produce and culinary creativity
