ELEGANCIA is a creator and manager of unique hotels. The OFF Paris Seine is the first floating hotel in Paris, moored between the Left and Right Banks near Gare d'Austerlitz, offering 54 rooms, 4 suites, a pool bar, and event spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate dishes according to technical sheets and the menu
  • Guarantee the quality, consistency, and presentation of plates
  • Manage your station autonomously (mise en place, organization, service)
  • Participate in stock management and minimize waste
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP procedures
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service
