About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan tasks based on production requirements for lunch, dinner, and the following day
- Master various production techniques and ensure plate compliance regarding quantity, quality, and presentation
- Respect hygiene and safety rules and perform self-controls via the E-Pack system
- Support, integrate, and train apprentices and new employees
- Raise team awareness regarding cost management and product respect
Requirements
- BEP or BAC PRO in Cuisine
- 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within gastronomy
- Knowledge of culinary basics
- Mastery of HACCP standards
- Punctual, organized, and autonomous nature
- Ability to work in a flexible and adaptive environment
- Strong team spirit and customer service sense
