About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan tasks based on production requirements for lunch, dinner, and the following day
  • Master various production techniques and ensure plate compliance regarding quantity, quality, and presentation
  • Respect hygiene and safety rules and perform self-controls via the E-Pack system
  • Support, integrate, and train apprentices and new employees
  • Raise team awareness regarding cost management and product respect

Requirements

  • BEP or BAC PRO in Cuisine
  • 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within gastronomy
  • Knowledge of culinary basics
  • Mastery of HACCP standards
  • Punctual, organized, and autonomous nature
  • Ability to work in a flexible and adaptive environment
  • Strong team spirit and customer service sense
