  • Adapt cooking techniques to different service rhythms and requirements
  • Supervise commis chefs to maintain excellence and team morale

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Mastery of culinary techniques and kitchen tools
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and positive attitude
