Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes for the Lobby Bar, Room Service, and breakfast menus
- Orchestrate mise en place and ensure high-quality plate presentation
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP principles
- Adapt cooking techniques to different service rhythms and requirements
- Supervise commis chefs to maintain excellence and team morale
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment
- Proficiency in English
- Mastery of culinary techniques and kitchen tools
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude
