Chef de Partie (CDP)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to TBK standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
• Assist in training and guiding Commis and junior staff
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Contribute to menu development and kitchen improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CDP in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
• Professional attitude, reliability, and passion for culinary arts
• Ability to join within 15–30 days
