Responsibilities

• Work as a Chef de Partie within the Il Porticciolo restaurant team
• Supervise and lead commis chefs with attention and respect
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Manage priorities and stress effectively during service periods
• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in restaurant kitchens
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Ability to manage stress and priorities during busy service
• Good communication skills and respect for colleagues and supervisors
• Italian language proficiency is preferred
• Valid work authorization for Italy (for non-EU candidates)
