Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Execute preparations and finishes with technical excellence and absolute attention to detail
• Coordinate the kitchen station with high levels of organization, precision, and consistency
• Ensure standards, aesthetics, temperature, and presentation of dishes
• Organize and supervise the operation's mise en place
• Act in harmony with the dining room rhythm and fine dining service dynamics
• Ensure control of supplies, expiration dates, storage, and station requisitions
• Supervise operational hygiene and compliance with Food Safety standards
• Maintain the conservation, organization, and performance of equipment and work areas
• Support technical alignment and operational discipline

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational leadership in high gastronomy kitchens or luxury hospitality
• Experience in Michelin-standard or recognized restaurants is a plus
• Experience in environments oriented by the highest standards of excellence, precision, and technical rigor
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and sanitary legislation
