Responsibilities
- Design and prepare dishes for our restaurants
- Implement various cooking techniques
- Organize production
- Optimize the use of materials and equipment
- Package and protect products
- Supervise the team
Requirements
- BP or BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a similar high-volume role
- Ability to work quickly and manage stress
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
