About the role
Responsibilities
- Compose flavorful dishes
- Orchestrate mise en place and ensure high-quality plate presentation
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene rules
- Manage service according to instructions (cooking, preparation, decoration)
- Oversee the regularity and performance of commis chefs in their section
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
- Mastery of culinary techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, positive environment
