Responsibilities
- Compose flavorful dishes and culinary creations
- Orchestrate mise en place and ensure high-quality plate presentation
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and safety standards
- Manage service according to specific instructions regarding cooking, preparation, and decoration
- Oversee the regularity and performance of commis chefs within your section
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
- Mastery of culinary techniques and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive attitude
