Le George V is the gastronomic address of the Grand Hôtel Barrière Dinard, one of the most emblematic houses in the station. Located facing the Bay of Saint-Malo, the restaurant offers an elegant French brasserie where the cuisine highlights local products and fish from the Breton coast.
Responsibilities
- Compose gustatory symphonies
- Orchestrate mise en place and ensure beautiful and delicious plating
- Ensure compliance with hygiene rules in accordance with HACCP principles
- Manage service according to instructions and directives (cooking, preparation, decoration...)
- Monitor the regularity and performance of commis staff for their section
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in a high-end establishment is a significant asset
- Mastery of culinary techniques and tools
- Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
