About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
- Oversee assigned section
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members
Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a similar role
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Flexible schedule
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
