Chef de Partie (Baker)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, doughs, and desserts according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all baked items
• Manage the bakery section independently during prep and service periods
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and overall product quality
• Maintain accurate inventory of bakery ingredients and assist with ordering processes
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all bakery products
• Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team on new bakery items and menu development

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Baker or Chef de Partie (Bakery)
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, pastry techniques, and baking science
• Ability to work independently and manage a bakery section efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product consistency
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join soon
• Culinary or bakery certification is preferred
