About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce consistently outstanding food during service
- Assist with stock ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with HACCP rules and company procedures
- Help the management team develop new dishes and menus
- Prepare traditional Sunday lunches, afternoon teas, and themed event menus
Requirements
- Ability to work closely within a small, talented kitchen team
- Knowledge of HACCP rules and food safety standards
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
