About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce consistently outstanding food during service
- Assist with stock ordering and stock rotation
- Ensure absolute cleanliness and order in accordance with HACCP rules and company procedures
- Help the management team develop new dishes and menus
- Support the creation of seasonal menus, Sunday lunches, and afternoon tea
Requirements
- Proven history of running a kitchen section
- Experience managing food deliveries and stock control
- Good level of culinary knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns
Preferred Qualifications
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
