Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions from the Chef and establishment manager
  • Handle mise en place and food preparation
  • Master main culinary production techniques
  • Verify preparations and dishes (taste, quality, presentation) from cooks and commis
  • Assist with order tracking, deliveries, and storage of goods
  • Check the quality and compliance of delivered products
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen
  • Implement and master HACCP methods
  • Support and train new kitchen staff
