Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from the Chef and establishment manager
- Handle mise en place and food preparation
- Master main culinary production techniques
- Verify preparations and dishes (taste, quality, presentation) from cooks and commis
- Assist with order tracking, deliveries, and storage of goods
- Check the quality and compliance of delivered products
- Clean and maintain the kitchen
- Implement and master HACCP methods
- Support and train new kitchen staff
