About the role

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a range of hot and cold dishes in accordance with 5-star hotel standards and recipes
Ensure consistency and high quality in all food prepared and served
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and enhance menu offerings
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, adhering to strict health and safety regulations
Supervise and support junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and manage stock rotation

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star luxury hotel or establishment
Strong knowledge and skills in preparing both hot and cold dishes
Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Must be currently located in the UAE
