Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu standards and hotel guidelines
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely completion of all food items from your station
• Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and development
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to foster a collaborative environment
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of kitchen stations
• Manage inventory and control food wastage to optimize efficiency
• Comply with all health, safety, and hotel regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
• Currently located in the UAE
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
• High standards of hygiene and food safety knowledge
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
