Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage your workstation to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Prepare culinary dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Guarantee the consistency and quality of plates during high activity periods
• Participate in mise en place and optimize daily organization
• Collaborate with the brigade to ensure perfect coordination during service
• Propose menu evolutions and bring creativity to the culinary offer
• Strictly respect hygiene, food safety, and HACCP procedures
• Mentor and transmit know-how to junior team members
• Assist the Chef in their absence and handle daily orders when required

Requirements

• Confirmed experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in professional kitchens
• Culinary training or significant experience in demanding environments
• Excellent mastery of culinary techniques and classic cooking methods
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with a brigade
• Proficiency in French; English is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-end dining or luxury hospitality
• Experience in menu creation and recipe development
• Experience in training or supporting staff
