About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen to ensure timely delivery
  • Follow recipes and kitchen standards for consistency in taste and presentation
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety standards
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie and kitchen staff during busy periods
  • Support the training of junior kitchen staff and kitchen porters
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Specialization in Cold kitchen Turkish Cuisines
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to prepare recipes and manage market orders using FutureLog
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and passion for food presentation
  • Team player with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or relevant certification
