About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen to ensure timely delivery
- Follow recipes and kitchen standards for consistency in taste and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety standards
- Work closely with the Chef de Partie and kitchen staff during busy periods
- Support the training of junior kitchen staff and kitchen porters
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Specialization in Cold kitchen Turkish Cuisines
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Ability to prepare recipes and manage market orders using FutureLog
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and passion for food presentation
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
