About the role
Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting consistently high-quality dishes
- Running your section with confidence and attention to detail
- Supporting the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef during service
- Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards
- Helping train and encourage junior team members
- Contributing ideas for menus, specials, and continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively to deliver memorable dining experiences every day
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or readiness to step into the role
- Ability to stay calm during busy service periods
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
