About the role
Responsibilities
- Run and supervise a kitchen section to required standards
- Prepare the designated section for each service
- Control stock, waste, cleanliness, and organization
- Cook efficiently to a high standard
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Delegate tasks to junior chefs and apprentices
- Help maintain a great guest experience
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach
- Strong attention to quality and cleanliness
- Flexible with shifts
