About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run and supervise a kitchen section to required standards
  • Prepare the designated section for each service
  • Control stock, waste, cleanliness, and organization
  • Cook efficiently to a high standard
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef
  • Delegate tasks to junior chefs and apprentices
  • Help maintain a great guest experience
