Chef de groupe - expert Olfactomètrie – Métrologie des Odeurs H/F

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a specialized team of 5 people, managing activity planning and skill development.
• Organize and execute odorimetric sampling and measurement campaigns on industrial sites.
• Manage laboratory olfactory analyses and oversee the "nose jury" management.
• Implement detection and quantification techniques for fugitive emissions (methane, H2S).
• Maintain specialized equipment including olfactometers, drones, and portable detectors.
• Analyze collected data, write technical reports, and present results to clients.
• Drive commercial growth by analyzing client needs, proposing services, and managing client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Chemistry, Process Engineering, Environment, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in odor metrology and air quality.
• Deep knowledge of olfactory standards, specifically EN 13725.
• Understanding of industrial processes, particularly in waste management, water treatment, or the food industry.
• Strong aptitude for management, business development, and client relations.
• Technical rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to delegate effectively.
