Maslow Group is a committed restaurant group that breaks the rules with ultra-creative vegetarian cuisine and welcoming environments. We are currently recruiting two Chefs de Cuisine for our Fellows restaurants, a concept focused on unconventional homemade fresh pasta.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality and taste of every dish
- Organize and supervise mise en place and service
- Ensure compliance with recipes set by the Executive Chef
- Manage team integration, training, and continuous development
- Conduct annual reviews and manage salary evolutions with the restaurant director
- Oversee ordering, stocks, deliveries, and inventories to minimize waste
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
- Implement ecological work practices and minimize food loss
Requirements
- Significant experience in large table-service establishments (100+ covers)
- Mastery of modern cuisine (French and exotic influences)
- Strong leadership, training, and management skills
- Proficiency in ordering, inventory management, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to manage stress and maintain constructive dialogue
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with common IT tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in participating in the creation and growth of a company
- Awareness of environmental issues in the restaurant industry
