Responsibilities
- Perform culinary preparations in compliance with technical sheets
- Respect and enforce technical sheets, working methods, production/sending deadlines, and hygiene/safety rules
- Distribute tasks across different stations
- Monitor compliance with schedules and working hours for the kitchen service
- Ensure the transmission of expertise within the service and the integration of new employees
