About the Company

Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC) is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues located in downtown Banff. All venues serve amazing food and beverage with unique atmospheres powered by a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage inventory
• Optimize food and labour costs while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with the General Manager and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
• Plan, execute, and elevate all kitchen activities
• Utilize and troubleshoot kitchen technology and systems
• Act as an employer brand ambassador and assist in hiring top kitchen talent
• Participate in strategic decision-making with the executive team

Requirements

• Proven success in a Chef de Cuisine or similar leadership role
• Formal culinary training
• Food Safety and WHMIS certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
