About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide medical and surgical care for patients with benign or malignant breast pathologies
- Supervise and train medical interns and trainees
- Participate in on-call duties for gynecology and obstetrics services
- Work within a multidisciplinary team in a university environment
Requirements
- Federal medical diploma or MEBEKO-recognized equivalent
- Specialist title in gynecology and obstetrics or MEBEKO-recognized equivalent
- Right of practice in the Canton of Geneva
- French language proficiency at C1 level
- Previous experience as a senior resident (chef de clinique)
- Surgical and obstetrical competence for university-level on-call duties
- Proficiency in operative hysteroscopy, diagnostic laparoscopy, cystectomies, salpingectomies, cesarean sections, and instrumental extractions
Preferred Qualifications
- Theoretical training or professional experience in reproductive medicine
- Experience in gynecological endocrinology
- Experience in gynecological imaging
