Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and monitor daily building envelope construction site operations
• Prepare site setups, safety signage, and risk assessments before work begins
• Receive and control materials, manage stock, and organize storage zones
• Coordinate with team leaders, distribute tasks, and track work schedules
• Perform quality self-inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Report progress and issues to the project manager
• Oversee site cleanliness, dismantling, and final closeout

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site management or similar supervisory role
• Ability to read technical plans and execution details
• Strong knowledge of safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
• Team management and leadership skills
• Commitment to quality, planning, and budget adherence
