Chef de Chantier Robinetterie

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site valve interventions while ensuring compliance with contractual and internal requirements.
• Act as the primary site contact for the client, interfacing between the agency and the site.
• Prepare interventions by verifying the adequacy of available documents and materials while assessing specific risks.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams in valve operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and deadline objectives.
• Implement necessary actions to respect operator and agency rules regarding quality, hygiene, safety, radiation protection, and the environment.
• Provide required deliverables, including progress reporting, monitoring files, and end-of-intervention reports.

Requirements

• Bac +3/4 degree or equivalent confirmed experience in valve technology (robinetterie).
• Technical expertise in valve systems and working within nuclear environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to animate and coordinate teams in operational settings.
• High level of organizational, analytical, and logical thinking skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to maintain perspective in high-pressure situations.
