About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare site interventions by verifying the adequacy of available documents and materials while accounting for specific risks.
- Lead and direct valve (robinetterie) work by organizing team activities in compliance with contractual requirements and internal procedures.
- Act as the primary site contact for the client, serving as the interface between the agency and the site.
- Ensure all interventions meet Safety, Quality, Deadline, and Cost objectives.
- Implement appropriate actions to respect rules regarding quality, hygiene, safety, radiation protection, and the environment.
- Provide necessary deliverables, including reporting, tracking files, and end-of-intervention reports.
Requirements
- Bac +3/4 degree or equivalent confirmed experience in valve (robinetterie) technology.
- Technical expertise in valve systems and the nuclear sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams in an operational environment.
- High level of organizational, analytical, and logical thinking skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain perspective in demanding situations.
