Chef de Chantier Robinetterie nucléaire

Responsibilities

• Prepare on-site interventions by verifying the adequacy of available documents and materials while accounting for specific risks.
• Lead and direct valve technology (robinetterie) work by organizing team activities in compliance with contractual requirements and internal procedures.
• Act as the primary site interface for the client, ensuring seamless communication between the agency and the site.
• Guarantee the achievement of Safety, Quality, Deadline, and Cost objectives for every assigned intervention.
• Implement appropriate actions to respect operator and agency rules regarding quality, hygiene, safety, radiation protection, and the environment.
• Provide necessary deliverables, including reporting, tracking files, and end-of-intervention reports.

Requirements

• Bac +3/4 degree and/or confirmed professional experience in valve technology (robinetterie).
• Technical expertise in valve technology and the nuclear industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to animate and coordinate teams in an operational environment.
• High level of organizational skills, rigor, and logical thinking.
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical capacity, and ability to maintain perspective.
• Excellent team spirit and communication skills.
