Chef de Chantier

Responsibilities

• Estimate piping works and guarantee technical feasibility
• Prepare and coordinate site works with rigorous organization
• Supervise a team of 3 to 5 people and ensure smooth site operations
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with the client
• Provide reporting and participate in meetings with agency management
• Ensure the safety of the team and the worksite at all times

Requirements

• Solid experience in metallurgy, specifically as a pipefitter or welder
• Mastery of TIG welding and/or piping techniques
• Proven experience in team management or a strong desire to lead
• Ability to work in a high-standard pharmaceutical environment (stainless steel)
• Reliable, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to wear PPE and support field operations when necessary
