Chef de chantier Nettoyage Industriel

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial cleaning operations in the petrochemical sector, specifically managing high-pressure (HP), very high-pressure (VHP), and ultra-high-pressure (UHP) tasks.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 5 to 10 people, including managing time tracking, performance reviews, and onboarding new arrivals.
• Guarantee safety and technical efficiency by strictly following procedures and industry standards.
• Prepare and supervise site operations, from equipment lockout/tagout to client communication.
• Manage specialized equipment such as hydro-vacuums, suction tankers, and dump trucks.
• Ensure work zone safety through proper marking and technical support.
• Propose improvements for operational methods and maintain workspace cleanliness.

Requirements

• BAC +2 degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a local management role within an industrial environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic leadership style.
• Experience in the petrochemical sector is highly preferred.
