Chef de Chantier Maintenance nucléaire

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nuclear piping and welding construction sites at the Dampierre nuclear power plant
• Ensure operational excellence regarding quality, safety, security, and scheduling
• Supervise operational teams including team leaders, pipefitters, welders, and mechanical assemblers
• Manage technical and operational site activities while ensuring compliance with labor legislation
• Act as the primary interface for clients, attending meetings and providing progress updates
• Control the application of documentation, including procedures and work instructions
• Coordinate with support functions at the site and headquarters for reporting and resource management
• Provide feedback and lessons learned to the agency throughout the mission

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+3 degree (Licence) in mechanics, piping, welding, or materials science
• Proven experience in nuclear piping/welding or nuclear site maintenance
• Strong knowledge of nuclear environments (CNPE)
• Valid nuclear clearances (habilitations nucléaires)
• Proficiency with standard IT tools
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
