Chef de chantier CFA/CFO

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and manage construction sites from plan delivery to final completion
• Analyze electrical installation plans and diagrams provided by the design office
• Organize and schedule team workflows and manage material resources
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations on-site
• Provide hands-on field support and implement solutions to technical problems
• Act as the primary guarantor of client satisfaction
• Perform commissioning and quality control for all electrical installations

Requirements

• Educational background of BAC/BAC+2 in electrotechnics
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar site management role
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Technical mastery of electrical installation rules and standards
