Responsibilities

• Manage production and maintenance operations, including extraction, blasting, and loading
• Supervise a team of at least 10 employees and manage subcontractors
• Plan and oversee routine maintenance for fixed and mobile equipment to prevent downtime
• Manage site administration, including budget tracking, stock management, and production reporting
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (RGIE)
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintain positive relationships with local residents, authorities, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in Industry, Construction, Public Works, or CQP Chef de carrière
• Proven management experience leading teams
• Previous experience in a quarry or a similar industrial environment
• Proficiency with computer tools and office software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
