Responsibilities
- Supervise the reception team and lead by example to ensure high service standards
- Oversee every step of the guest journey, from check-in to check-out, to guarantee a seamless experience
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the front desk
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all guests
Requirements
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Strong passion for customer service excellence
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is a plus
