Chef de brigade

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the smooth running of guest stays
• Manage arrivals and departures efficiently
• Organize guest reception and ensure personalized service with your team
• Supervise and support receptionists, apprentices, and interns within the brigade
• Contribute to achieving qualitative and quantitative service goals, including satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in customer service
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
