Responsibilities

• Lead, animate, and motivate the personnel attached to the agency
• Organize, plan, and control the activity of collaborators
• Manage the agency budget from business creation to final invoicing
• Ensure contractual compliance and maintain daily client relationships
• Develop the client portfolio and participate in commercial prospecting
• Respond to public market tenders and consultations
• Implement and enforce hygiene and safety rules and procedures
• Manage a team of 10 people with a turnover of €10M

Requirements

• Higher education in Agronomy (Bac +4/+5)
• Mastery of agricultural regulations
• Knowledge of public procurement codes in the agricultural sector
• Previous professional experience in a similar management function
• Strong managerial, organizational, and negotiation skills
