Responsibilities

• Deploy commercial action plans through prospecting and customer loyalty
• Identify local growth opportunities such as construction sites and tenders
• Manage, motivate, and challenge commercial and workshop teams
• Set objectives, monitor performance, and support employee skill development
• Guarantee machine fleet availability and quality
• Optimize profitability and key indicators including turnover, margin, and utilization rates
• Supervise transport activity and tour organization
• Participate in budget preparation and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures

Requirements

• Bac/Bac +5 in commercial or technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in lifting equipment rental or BTP service sales
• Proven experience in team management
• Proficiency in Pack Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Strong knowledge of the local economic landscape
• Strong negotiation, autonomy, and interpersonal skills
