Chef d'Equipe Tuyauterie

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical referent and field manager to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of industrial operations.
• Prepare worksites in compliance with technical standards and site requirements.
• Ensure equipment lockout/tagout (consignation) to guarantee safe interventions.
• Lead and animate the team by explaining prevention plans, work permits, and risk analyses.
• Implement prevention measures and conduct safety briefings (causeries sécurité).
• Define the human, material, and technical resources required for tasks.
• Monitor equipment and tool compliance and sign work permits before interventions.
• Ensure respect for deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven field experience in the piping (tuyauterie) sector.
• Experience managing an operational team of 3 to 4 people.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to unite teams around common goals.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a field-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders.
