Chef d'Equipe Tuyauterie

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively participate in industrial piping works
• Manage a team of 3 to 8 pipefitters and welders (permanent and temporary staff)
• Organize and distribute work within the team based on project priorities
• Anticipate needs, manage unforeseen issues, and monitor workload
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules, deadlines, and execution quality
• Monitor certifications, PPE usage, and time sheets
• Provide regular progress reports and alerts to the Site Manager

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in industrial piping
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role on-site
• Experience working in sectors such as petrochemical, energy, food processing, or pharmaceutical
• Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules and procedures
• Recognized for technical expertise, rigor, and leadership skills
