About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and actively participate in industrial piping works
- Manage a team of 3 to 8 pipefitters and welders (permanent and temporary staff)
- Organize and distribute work within the team based on project priorities
- Anticipate needs, manage unforeseen issues, and monitor workload
- Ensure strict compliance with safety rules, deadlines, and execution quality
- Monitor certifications, PPE usage, and time sheets
- Provide regular progress reports and alerts to the Site Manager
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience in industrial piping
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role on-site
- Experience working in sectors such as petrochemical, energy, food processing, or pharmaceutical
- Strong knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules and procedures
- Recognized for technical expertise, rigor, and leadership skills
