Chef D’Equipe Montage Jointage

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly, jointing, and lifting operations for industrial equipment within the petrochemical sector
• Manage and supervise a team of 4 to 10 people
• Guarantee the safety and efficiency of technical interventions by strictly following procedures and standards
• Prepare, supervise, and verify on-site operations, including equipment lockout/tagout and client communication
• Ensure equipment compliance, mark work zones, provide technical support, and control operations
• Coordinate and evaluate teams, manage time tracking, prepare reports, and support new arrivals
• Maintain workspaces and propose improvements for operating procedures

Requirements

• BAC +2 level or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a local management role within an industrial environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic approach to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working specifically within the petrochemical sector
