Responsibilities
- Prepare healthy, high-quality meals including breakfast, lunch, and baked goods
- Work closely with the kitchen manager and service staff
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen maintenance during quieter periods
- Support the service team by serving guests or handling payments at the register when needed
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Knowledge of and passion for healthy cooking
- Strong collaborative skills and willingness to help across different departments
- Positive, energetic, and service-minded attitude
- Good knowledge of food safety controls (livsmedelskontroller)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends, including days and evenings
